Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

In the Free Tier, your file storage is limited to 3 GB. You can add users to your projects, but only with "read" permissions. You also cannot perform any non‑read actions on projects you do not own, even if you were granted those permissions. In such cases, a corresponding error message will appear.

There are no limitations on actions that you can perform with your own projects and you can create as much projects as you want.

After your paid period expires, your account will revert to the Free Tier and all Free Tier limitations will apply. You will not lose any data, even if you are using more than 3 GB of storage. However, you will not be able to upload new artifacts until you free enough space to bring your usage below the 3 GB limit.

If some users you added to your projects have permissions beyond read‑only, they will technically retain those permissions, but they will not be able to successfully perform those actions. A corresponding error message will appear. Delete permissions remain active, as they serve as an emergency kill switch to remove your data. Be mindful when assigning delete permissions. You can still revoke any previously granted permissions even after your account returns to the Free Tier.

If your account remains inactive for 180 days, all data associated with it may be subject to deletion. We will send a warning email beforehand, so please ensure your email address is kept up to date.

If you require additional upload space beyond the maximum plan limit, please contact us directly. We'll be happy to explore individual options tailored to your needs.

To enable previews for artifacts added as external links, the external host where the original artifact is stored must support Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS). Unfortunately, this is rarely the case. Popular cloud storage providers, for instance, only allow CORS for files with public links, which may not align with your preferences. However, we may consider introducing deeper integrations with external services in the future if there is significant community interest.

We are considering offering an Enterprise option in the future. This option would provide your company with enhanced performance and security by hosting your instance on a dedicated server, eliminating the need to share with other users. If you’re interested, please feel free to contact us for more information.

If you switch to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount. However, if you only adjust the term (monthly or yearly) within the same tier, the new plan will begin after the current term ends. You will not be charged before the new plan starts, allowing you to change your decision if needed. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your current plan until the subscription period concludes.

Your rights (or permissions) are determined by the person who manages user permissions for the project. However, if you are the creator of an entity (such as an asset), you automatically retain full rights over it, provided you still have access to the parent entity. To better understand the permissions system, please read our rights guide (10 minutes read).

This section will be updated periodically, so please check back from time to time. If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, or other feedback, feel free to contact us.
